कया�between Arshiya Lifestyle Ltd. (the co-developer)
and 
Ascendas/CapitaLand, 
the 
necessary
execution and registration of the lease deed has
been delayed. This dispute has created a
significant obstacle in completing the legal
formalities and has made it impossible for them
to finalize the lease agreement within the
stipulated six-month period.
 
         Further, the Unit has requested to provide
extension or any other alternative solution until
they are able to execute the lease deed and fulfill
the registration requirement and has committed
to complying with all the necessary formalities as
soon as the situation between the parties
involved is resolved.
M/s. EEPSITAA Shipping Pvt. Ltd. :
    Vide mail dated 15.10.2024, M/s. EEPSITAA
Shipping Pvt. Ltd. has requested for extension of
six months to submit the lease deed. Further the
unit has stated that due to an ongoing dispute
between Arshiya Lifestyle Ltd. (the co-developer)
and 
Ascendas/CapitaLand, 
the 
necessary
execution and registration of the lease deed has
been delayed. This dispute has created a
significant obstacle in completing the legal
formalities and has made it impossible for them
to finalize the lease agreement within the
stipulated six-month period.
 
Decision: After deliberation, the Committee
deferred the proposal and directed to the dealing
section to get the comments from Developer and
resubmit the proposal in next meeting of
Approval Committee for decision.  
Table Agenda: Application received from
M/s. Kingsignal Technologies India Private
Limited. For exit from SEZ
              The unit has submitted application for
exit from SEZ scheme on 20.09.2023 and
SO/Arshiya  had issued No Dues Certificate to the
unit . The performance of the unit was also
monitored by the Approval Committee. This DC
office had requested Developer to issue NOC to
the unit. However, NOC from Developer is still
awaited and the unit was continuously insisting
DC office to issue them exit Order therefore the
proposal was submitted before the Approval
Committee for decision.
 
Decision: The Committee observed that no reply
is coming forward from the Developer inspite of
written communication followed by time bound
reminder. Therefore, it was decided that the said
unit cannot be made to wait for exit in absence of
NOC from the Developer. After deliberation, the
Committee decided to proceed with the proposal
