on 25.11.2024 were confirmed with consensus. The committee directed to put up all the deferred cases of last 06 months in the next meeting.

Request for transfer of goods from Arshiya FTWZ to JNPA SEZ under Change of Location. M/s. R.E. Rogers India Pvt. Ltd. Has proposed the transfer of goods from Arshiya FTWZ Zone to JNPA Zone (NSBP FTWZ Unit). नणय:- वमश के बाद स$मत ने अ8श9या एफट;ड<=यूजेड जोन से जेएनपीए जोन (एनएसबीपी एफट;ड<=यूजेड यूनट) म/ माल के ह'तांतरण के )'ताव को मंजूरी दे द;� स$मत ने न!न?ल@खत नद1श भी दए: (i) यूनट अ'थायी नAकासन अनुमत के तहत यूनट प7रसर से हटाए गए सामान, का ववरण नBद9 अ$धकारी को )'तुत करेगी (ii) यूनट अ'थायी नAकासन के तहत हटाए गए सामान, को अ8श9या एसईजेड म/ वापस लाएगी और एसओ Eारा सFयापन के बाद, इसे जेएनपीए एसईजेड म/ 'थानांत7रत कर दया जाएगा�(iii) अ8श9या एसईजेड प7रसर म/ कसी भी नए आयात क अनुमत नह है�

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal the transfer of goods from Arshiya FTWZ Zone to JNPA Zone (NSBP FTWZ Unit). The Committee also directed the following: i. The Unit shall submit the details of items removed from the units premises under

Temporary Removal permission to the Specified Officer ii. The Unit shall bring back the Goods removed under temporary removal at Arshiya SEZ and after verification by the SO, the same shall be transferred at JNPA SEZ. iii. No fresh import is allowed in the premises at Arshiya SEZ. iv. This exit operation of Arashiya unit should be completed within 2 Months. v. The extra time should be given to unit due to items are removed from arashiya unit for exhibition and return back to Arashiya unit required time. SO may examine that those items temporary removed from Arashiya and software allowed to deposit in JNPA zone unit then this operation should be completed within 1 month. एज/डा आइटम सं या 03: मेसस जेएनपीए-एसईजेड म/ एक नई इकाई 'थापत करने के ?लए मेसस वपुल ऑग1नHस ?ल$मटेड का )'ताव�मेसस वपुल ऑग1नक ?ल$मटेड ने जेएनपीए-एसईजेड म/ 640 वग फ ट IेJ म/ Kापार के ?लए नई इकाई 'थापत करने के ?लए आवेदन कया है, जसम/ 5 वषM क अव$ध म/ 607.60 लाख Nपये के नयात का एफओबी मू=य, 445.54 लाख Nपये का एफई Kय और 162.06 लाख Nपये का एनएफई होगा, जसम/ 04 (02 पुNष और 02 महलाएं) रोजगार सृजन होगा� Agenda Item No 03: The proposal of M/s. Vipul Organics Limited for setting up of a new unit at M/s. JNPA-SEZ. M/s. Vipul Organic Limited for has applied for setting up of new unit at JNPA-SEZ for Trading in area admeasuring 640 Sq. Ft. envisaging FOB value of export of Rs. 607.60 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 445.54 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 162.06 Lakhs over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 04 Nos (02Men & 02Women.)

Decision: After deliberation, the Committee deferred the proposal as the applicant company as well as Co-Developer has not submitted the demarcation MAP as directed by the Approval Committee in its previous meeting. This is final intimation to unit as well as codeveloper .
