In response to report received from Specified Officer, JNPA SEZ, clarification was sought from the unit vide letter dated 15.12.2025. In this regard, Unit vide letter dated 16.12.2025 has stated that they have submitted the correct HSN code of items that was submitted incorrectly in their previous application. Further, they have stated clarified that the item under heading 85269140 & 88023000 which fall under the restricted category, were included by mistake in their earlier request.
