Agenda Item No. 02:  Application of M/s. Huaa Industries India Private Limited for setting
up of a new unit in M/s. JNPA-SEZ.
 
                M/s. Huaa Industries India Private Limited had applied for setting up of a new unit
at JNPA-SEZ for Manufacturing activities including  Refurbished computers, laptops, I-Pad, hard
disk, Processing units, Storage units etc, Refurbished Mobiles, Mobile Accessories, Routers,
Switches,  Server,  Firewall,  etc,  Refurbished  Monitors,  Collection,  handling,  segregation,
dismantling, refurbishing and recycling of electrical and electronic waste and scrap including
their components and spares parts in accordance to chapter heading 8549 like Laptop, Monitor,
Hard Disk, Server, Firewall, Switches, Router, Mobiles or any other electrical or electronic
waste/scrap etc; at admeasuring area 6579 sq.mtrs, envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs.
2090.00 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 1211.04 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 878.96 Lakhs over a period of 5
years with employment generation of 70 nos. (49 Men & 21 Women).
Decision :-  After deliberation, the Committee  approved the proposal of M/s Huaa Industries
India Private Limited for setting up of a new unit in JNPA-SEZ for Manufacturing activities 
including  Refurbished computers, laptops, I-Pad, hard disk, Processing units, Storage units etc,
Refurbished Mobiles, Mobile Accessories, Routers, Switches, Server, Firewall, etc, Refurbished
Monitors, Collection, handling, segregation, dismantling, refurbishing and recycling of electrical
and electronic waste and scrap including their components and spares parts in accordance to
chapter  heading 8549 like Laptop,  Monitor,  Hard  Disk, Server,  Firewall, Switches,  Router,
Mobiles or any other electrical or electronic waste/scrap etc; at admeasuring area 6579 sq.mtrs.,
at Plot  No-609, Sector 6, JNPA SEZ, Developed by  JNPA, Raigad, Navi Mumbai – 400702,
envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs. 2090.00 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 1211.04 Lakhs and NFE of
Rs. 878.96 Lakhs over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 70 nos. (49 Men & 21
Women) subject to following conditions :-
a. Approval from MPCB before commencing operations. 
b. Compliance in terms of 2nd proviso of Rule 18 (4) (d) of SEZ Rules 2006 which stipulates 
that “Provided further that reconditioning, repair and re-engineering may be permitted 
subject to the condition that exports shall have one to one correlation with imports and 
all the reconditioned or repaired or re-engineered products and scrap or remnants or 
waste shall be exported and none of these goods shall be allowed to be sold in the 
Domestic Tariff Area or destroyed”. 
 
 
Agenda Item No. 03: Application of M/s. UPL Limited for setting up of a new unit in M/s.
File No.SEZ1-14011/1/2021-NS

NSBP-FTWZ at JNPA-SEZ.
 
            M/s. UPL Limited had applied for setting up of a new unit in M/s. NSBP-FTWZ at JNPA-
SEZ  for  trading  and  warehousing  activities  for  Imidacloprid  Formulations,  Imidacloprid
Technical,  Metribuzin  Formulations/Technicals,  Acifluorfen  Formulations/Technicals,
Tebuconazole  Formulations/Technicals,  Oryzalin  Formulations/Technicals,  etc  ;  at  an  area
admeasuring 2550 sq.ft., envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs. 650820.00 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs.
638427.00 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 12393.00 Lakhs over a period of 5 years with employment
generation of 09 nos. (07 Men & 02 Women).
Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee observed that the  projections in the proposal are
not commensurate with the space requirement and thus deferred the proposal and directed the
applicant to re-submit application  with proper details with due justification of the area required
by them.
