डेवलपर म- गोदाम संUया 6 म- 3000 वग फ$ट े म- मेसस
जेएनपीए-एसईजेड म- िवRभV टाइटेिनयम डाइऑXसाइड क$ टAेYडग
ग#तिव#ध करने के लए एक नई एफटीडZEयूजेड इकाई 4थािपत
करने के लए आवेदन िकया है, 0जसम- 12 कमचा=रय6 के रोजगार
सृजन के साथ 5 साल क$ अव#ध म- िनयात का एफओबी मूEय
लाख ^पये म- 1250 ^पये, एफई आउटगो लाख ^पये म-
360.50 ^पये और एनएफई लाख ^पये म- 889.50 ^पये क$
प=रकEपना क$ गई है।
 
M/s. Kemco Corporation has applied for setting
up a New FTWZ Unit to carry out the Trading

के िनयम 17 और 18 के अनुसार िवRभV टाइटेिनयम
डाइऑXसाइड क$ _यापा=रक ग#तिव#धय6 को करने के लए एक
नई एफटीडZEयूजेड इकाई क$ 4थापना के लए मेसस केमको
कॉपFरेशन के \4ताव को मंजूरी दे दी, बशत` िक _यापा=रक
ग#तिव#ध के लए आवंिटत सटीक 4थान को दशाने वाला मान#च
\4तुत िकया जाए।
 
 
Decision:- After deliberations, the Committee
approved

एक नई एफटीडZEयूजेड इकाई क$ 4थापना के लए आवेदन िकया
है, जो जेएनपीए एसईजेड म- 34थत एनएसबीपी को-डेवलपर म-
सेXटर 4, 8लॉट नंबर 406, गोदाम नंबर 1 म- है, 0जसम- 7
कमचा=रय6 के रोजगार सृजन के साथ 5 साल क$ अव#ध म-
िनयात का एफओबी मूEय लाख ^पये म- 970  ^पये, एफई
आउटगो लाख ^पये म- 701.50 ^पये और एनएफई लाख ^पये

करने के लए एक नई एफटीडZEयूजेड इकाई क$ 4थापना के लए
मेसस संसुला इंटरनेशनल लिमटेड देयता भागीदारी के \4ताव को
मंजूरी दे दी, बशत` िक _यापा=रक ग#तिव#ध के लए आवंिटत

for setting up a SEZ Unit for trading and export
of various Pharmaceutical Drugs at M/s. JNPA-
SEZ.
मेसस एसजी फामा bलोबल \ाइवेट लिमटेड ने मेसस जेएनपीए-
एसईजेड म- 250 वग मीटर े म- िवRभV फामा4यूिटकल दवाओं
क$ टAेYडग ग#तिव#ध करने के लए एक नई एफटीडZEयूजेड इकाई
क$ 4थापना के लए आवेदन िकया है, 0जसम- 5 वषc क$ अव#ध म-
3855/- लाख ^पये म- िनयात का एफओबी मूEय, 0/- लाख
^पये म- एफई आउटगो और 3855/- लाख ^पये म- एनएफई क$
प=रकEपना क$ गई है, 0जसम- 14 कमचा=रय6 को रोजगार सृजन
होगा।
सिम#त को बताया गया िक इकाई ने शुL म- िविनमाण और
_यापा=रक ग#तिव#धय6 दोन6 के लए आवेदन िकया था; हालाँिक,
4वीकृ#त प (LoA) केवल िविनमाण के लए जारी िकया गया था।
इसके बाद, इकाई ने पहले से मौजूद े म- _यापा=रक ग#तिव#ध के
लए एक नई इकाई 4थािपत करने के लए आवेदन िकया, िबना
िकसी पूव या उ#चत सीमांकन के। तदनुसार, 17.04.2025 को
आयो0जत अपनी बैठक म-, अनुमोदन सिम#त ने इकाई को िनद`श
िदया िक वह या तो मौजूदा इकाई को आवंिटत े से अलग एक
अलग े म- _यापा=रक ग#तिव#ध के लए आवेदन करे, या यिद नई
इकाई को उसी 4थान पर 4थािपत िकया जाना है, तो मौजूदा
इकाई म- े को हटाने के लए आवेदन करे।
जेएनपीए एसईजेड के डेवलपर ने भी वी#डयो कॉMf- gसग के मा,यम
से बैठक म- भाग लया, 0जसम- सिम#त ने े को हटाने के संबंध म-
एनओसी मांगी, 0जसके बारे म- डेवलपर ने पुिC क$ है िक उMह6ने
पहले ही ऐसी इकाई को एक ग#तिव#ध के लए े को हटाने और
शेष े को अMय ग#तिव#ध के लए उपयोग करने के लए एनओसी
दे दी है।
 
 
M/s. SG Pharma Global Pvt. Ltd has applied
for setting up a New FTWZ Unit to carry out the
Trading activity of various Pharmaceutical Drugs
at M/s. JNPA-SEZ area admeasure to 250 sq. mtr
at JNPA SEZ envisaging FOB value of Export
Rs. 3855/- in Lakh, FE Outgo of Rs. 0 /- in  Lakh
and NFE of Rs. 3855/- in Lakh over a period of  5
years with employment generation of 14
employees. 
The committee was apprised that the unit initially
applied for both manufacturing and trading
activities; however, the Letter of Approval (LoA)
was issued for manufacturing only. Subsequently,
the unit applied to set up a new unit for trading
activity in the pre-existing area without prior or
proper demarcation of space. Accordingly, in its
meeting held on 17.04.2025, the approval
committee directed the unit to either apply for
trading activity in a separate area, distinct from
the area allotted to the existing unit, or apply for
deletion of area in the existing unit if the new
unit is to be set up in the same space.
Developer, JNPA SEZ has also attended the
meeting through Video Conferencing wherein the
committee asked for the NOC in respect of
deletion of area of which it has been confirmed
by the developer that they have previously given
NOC to such unit for deletion of area for one
activity and using the balance area for other
activitiy.

िनणय: - िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम#त ने एसईजेड
िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 17 और 18 के अनुसार मेसस
जेएनपीए-एसईजेड म- िवRभV फामा4यूिटकल दवाओं क$
टAेYडग ग#तिव#ध को चलाने के लए एक नई
एफटीडZEयूजेड इकाई क$ 4थापना के लए मेसस एसजी
फामा bलोबल \ाइवेट लिमटेड के \4ताव को मंजूरी दे दी
और डेवलपर, जेएनपीए एसईजेड को िनद`श िदया िक वे
इकाई को एनओसी \दान कर-, जैसा िक उनके .ारा
िपछले मामल6 म- िदया गया था।
 
Decision:- After deliberations, the Committee
approved the proposal of M/s. SG Pharma
Global Pvt. Ltd  for setting up of a new FTWZ
Unit to carry out the Trading activity of various
Pharmaceutical Drugs at M/s. JNPA-SEZ in
terms of Rule 17 & 18 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
Subject to the condition that partition of existing
plot for trading  should be allowed by the
developer, JNPA SEZ. JNPA SEZ  to provide the
NOC to the unit.

िव* वष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के लए वाHषक
िनDपादन =रपोट िविनHदC अ#धकारी, जेएनपीए एसईजेड
से इकाई .ारा \4तुत एपीआर के आधार पर \ाj हुई थी।
िविनHदC अ#धकारी, जेएनपीए एसईजेड क$ =रपोट म- कहा
गया है िक इकाई ने िव* वष 2023-24 के दौरान
122.90 करोड़ ^पये का सकाराlमक संचयी एनएफई
हा0सल िकया है। हालांिक, इकाई ने िपछले वष क$ अव#ध
के अंत म- उ0mखत एनएफई मूEय को 90 लाख ^पये
अ#धक बताया है। इसलए, िव* वष 2021-22 और
2022-23 के लए एपीआर को संशो#धत करने क$
आवnयकता है।
 
The Annual Performance Report for the FY 2020-21
to 2023-24 was received from Specified Officer,
JNPA SEZ on the basis of APR submitted by the
unit. The report of Specified Officer, JNPA SEZ
stated that the unit has achieved positive cumulative
NFE of Rs. 122.90/- Crore during the FY 2023-24.
However, the unit has mentioned the NFE Value
higher by Rs. 90 Lakhs  at the end of Previous year
period. Therefore, APR for the FY 2021-22 and
2022-23 needs to be revised.
 
िनणय: - िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिम#त ने एसईजेड िनयम,
2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार मेसस कृष बेकस एंड
कMफेXशनस \ाइवेट लिमटेड के \दशन पर गौर िकया
और उmेखत वषc के लए वाHषक Zयाज दर (एपीआर)
को संशो#धत करने का िनद`श िदया।
 
Decision: - After deliberation, the Committee noted
the 
performance

SEZ Rules, 2006 and directed to revise the APR for
the mentioned years.

operation.
 
यूिनट ने अ#धकृत संचालन के लए आवnयक
2,58,09,776/- ^पए क$ व4तुओं क$ सूची \4तुत क$
है, 0जसे चाटड इंजीिनयर .ारा िव#धवत \माRणत िकया
गया है। िविनHदC अ#धकारी ने एक सlयापन =रपोट \4तुत
क$ 0जसम- कहा गया है िक उ+ व4तुओं क$ सूची क$
जांच क$ गई है और उसे सही पाया गया है।
 
The Unit has submitted a list of goods amounting to
R s . 2,58,09,776/- 
required 
for 
Authorized
Operations, which has been duly certified by the
Chartered Engineer. The Specified Officer submitted
a verification report stating that the said list of goods
has been examined and found to be in order.

िनणय: - िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम#त ने एसईजेड
िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 12 (2) के अनुसार, मेसस
Mहावा शेवा िबजनेस पाक  \ाइवेट लिमटेड (सह-डेवलपर)
के उनके अ#धकृत संचालन के लए आवnयक
2,58,09,776 ^पये क$ सामaी क$ सूची के \4ताव
को मंजूरी दे दी।
 
Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee
approved the proposal of M/s. of Nhava Sheva
Business Parks Private Limited (Co-Developer)
 for List of material amounting to Rs. 2,58,09,776/-
 required for their Authorized Operations in terms of
Rule 12 (2) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
