It was noted that RA should not have issued advance authorisation in this case under Para 4.7 of HBP as it is stipulated here that no authorization shall be issued for various feed ingredients containing vitamins. It was also noted that Jt.DGFT, Hyderabad has intimated   vide letter dated 09/24/40/169/AM09 dated 18.9.2008 that advance authorization has been recalled and cancelled & has advised the Firm to apply under para 4.4.2 of HBP.
