M.No. 31/AM10 DT. 03.12.2009 Status: Deferred   HQ File :01/85/40/004/AM00/DES.VI Lic.No/Date:081001202 dt. 25.11.1998 The case was considered by the committee as per agenda. The firm vide their e­mail dated 02.12.2009 have requested to postpone the date of PH and requested to grant another date for  PH after 12.01.2010.  The Committee, therefore decided to grant PH on 14.01.2010.  To be re­listed on 14.01.2010.     2 652 M/S. VSL Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd., Sandur Status: Deferred     HQ File :01/85/050/0271/AM09 RLA File :07/24/40/00602/AM09 Lic.No/Date:0710063330 dt. 27.02.2009 The case was considered by the committee as per agenda.  It was noted that the comments from Horticulture Department of ICAR are awaited.  The committee therefore, decided to defer the case.  To be re­listed on  31.12.2009.

3 653 M/S. Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd., Belgaum Status: Rejected   HQ File :01/85/050/00241/AM09/ 01/85/50/00178/AM09 & 01/85/50/00179/AM09  Lic.No/Date:07100662373 dt. 13.01.2009, 0710060331 & 0710060332 both dt. 10.10.2008 Reference from RA Bangalore for review of NC decision.     The case was considered by the committee as per agenda. It was noted that SION for White Sugar exists at Sl. No. E­52 and committee had ratified the case as per SION in Meeting No. 6 dt. 04.06.2009 & Meeting No. 36 dt. 05.02.2009 .  RA, Bangalore has stated that Sucrose content of imported raw sugar may not be as per specifications prescribed in SION and therefore NC decision may be reviewed.   Committee noted that request ultimately amounts to review of SION, for which applicant needs to follow the prescribed procedure of filing application in ANF 4­B through the concerned Council along with industry data etc.  Committee accordingly rejected the case.   4 654 M/S. Kashmir Apiaries Exports, Ludhiana Status: Rejected   HQ File :01/85/162/372/AM09 RLA File : Lic.No/Date:3010059195 15.12.2008 The case was considered by the committee as per agenda. Committee noted that the applicant has not indicated the type of Wax to be imported.  In any case, the import item is not a direct input for production of Bees Wax.  Further, ITC Code given in application for both import and export items is same.  Committee is therefore not able to fix input output norms and rejected the case. RA to take consequential action as per policy/procedure.   5 655

Status: Transferred   HQ File :01/85/050/00166/AM10/ RLA File :03/95/040/00461/AM10/ Lic.No/Date:0310547535 25.11.2009 The case was considered by the committee as per agenda.  It was noted that the export product is covered  under Chapter 27 of ITC(HS) Code which is dealt by NC­IV.  The committee, therefore, decided to transfer the case to NC­IV.
