The cases were considered by the committee as per agenda. It was noted that during the PH on dt. 16.09.2010, the exporter was asked to give documentary evidence of reduction in moisture during manufacturing process including test report if any. The Committee observed that the evidence given by exporter is regarding is packaging. No documentary evidence has been given regarding loss of moisture content during manufacturing process.. Hence, in all the above cases, the Committee was constrained to reject applications of the exporter for reconsideration of its earlier decision. The Committee decided to maintain status quo. xxx
