The Committee considered the case as per agenda. It was noted in the meeting that the firm was asked to submit additional information vide this office letter dt. 13.09.2007 relating to as follows; (a) Separate Quantity for different export products and corresponding quantity of different import items. (b) Details of Alcohol content in different export products. (c) Details of content of imported Liquor in respective export products. (d) Copy of valid manufacturing license for export products i.e Industrial Approval/IEM/SIA. The firm has not furnished the required information in the absence to which it is not possible to estimate the import requirement for export production. Committee, therefore, decided to reject the case. RLA to take consequential action as per Policy/procedure.
