F.No.01/82/162/00583/AM11/DES‐III MeeƟng Date  04.012011   CommiƩee considered case as per agenda. The representaƟve of Department of PharmaceuƟcals and DCGI informed the CommiƩee that Nicotonic Acid Feed Grade is not covered under Pharmacopea and therefore the said item is not covered under DEPB entry No.55. It was, therefore, decided to reject the request of the firm. The decision of NC may be inƟmated to Policy 4(B) secƟon.
