However based on information available, this Office recommends the following. The firm has given the list of items proposed for import & their use at Annex I. These items are all components. But some of the items are supplied intact which implies that there is no manufacturing activity involved in it. Therefore this Office recommends the deletion of item no 2, Isieve of item no 5, item no 11 & item no 15. All other items may be recommended for import under GN4.
