MINUTES OF THE MEETING NO. 01/AM’10­11 OF EXPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE (EFC)HELD ON 30.04.10 AT UDYOG BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF SHRI V.K. SRIVASTAVA, ADDL. DGFT.   1.     The following were present :­   (i)                Shri V.K. Srivastava, Addl. DG                ­ Chairman (ii)              Shri S.S. Verma, S.O.                            ­ Rep of D/o Fertilizers (iii)            Shri Ganesh  Singh,                              ­ Rep. of  D/o Agri. & Co­op.   In attendance:­   (i)             Shri Hardeep Singh, Jt. DGFT (ii)               Shri Rajiva Kumar, Dy. DGFT                              2.     After deliberations the following decisions were taken:­   2.1 The following  13  cases  were approved:­   (i)    S.Nos.  9, 17, 21, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31  of agenda. (ii)  S. No. 7 was approved as per conditions mentioned in the NOC. (iii)            S.No.  8 of the agenda was approved subject to receipt of hard copy from Department of Fertilizers. (iv)            S.Nos. 24, 25 and 26 were approved for 1st re­validation of licence for six months from the date of expiry of licence.   2.2 The following  03  cases  were rejected­   (i)    S. No. 11, 14, 20 of agenda were rejected as the Technical Authority Department of Fertilizer/ Department of AHD&F  have rejected the same.   2.3             All other cases in the agenda were deferred except cases at S.No. 2.1 and 2.2 above as comments not received from concerned Ministries/Departments/ Organizations.             AGENDA FOR EXPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE (EFC) MEETING NO.  01/AM’11  DATED 30.04.10 TOTAL CASES:  31    Nos.
