(ii)  S.No.  19 of the agenda was approved subject to receipt of NOC from Ministry of Environment & Forest in writing. (iii)            S.No. 30 of the agenda was approved Ex­post facto.   2.2 The following  02  cases  were rejected­   (i)    S. No. 7 & 13 of agenda were rejected as the Technical Authority Department of Fertilizer/ Department of AHD&F  have rejected the same.
