MINUTES OF THE MEETING NO. 11/AM’09­10 OF EXPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE (EFC)HELD ON 25.02.10 AT UDYOG BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF SHRI V.K. SRIVASTAVA, ADDL. DGFT.   1.     The following were present :­   (i)                Shri V.K. Srivastava, Addl. DG                ­ Chairman (ii)              Shri  V.K. Srivastava, US                        ­ Member, MoEF (iii)            Shri S.S. Verma, S.O.                            ­ Rep of D/o Fertilizers (iv)            Shri G. Singh,                                                ­ Rep. of  D/o Agri. & Co­op.   In attendance:­   (i)             Shri Hardeep Singh, Jt. DGFT (ii)               Shri Rajiva Kumar, Dy. DGFT                              2.     After deliberations the following decisions were taken:­   2.1 The following  05  cases  were approved:­   (i)    S.Nos.  17, 20, 22, 25  of agenda.
