MINUTES OF THE MEETING NO. 12/AM’09­10 OF EXPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE (EFC)HELD ON 29.03.10 AT UDYOG BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF SHRI V.K. SRIVASTAVA, ADDL. DGFT.   1.     The following were present :­   (i)                Shri V.K. Srivastava, Addl. DG                ­ Chairman (ii)              Shri S.S. Verma, S.O.                            ­ Rep of D/o Fertilizers (iii)            Shri Ganesh  Singh,                              ­ Rep. of  D/o Agri. & Co­op.   In attendance:­   (i)             Shri Hardeep Singh, Jt. DGFT (ii)               Shri Rajiva Kumar, Dy. DGFT                              2.     After deliberations the following decisions were taken:­   2.1 The following  12  cases  were approved:­   (i)    S.Nos.  33, 34, 35 and 36  of agenda. (ii)  S. No. 19,20,21,22,23,24 and 25  of agenda were approved for amending the validity of export licences upto one year from the date of issue of licences. (iii)            S.No.  37 of the agenda was approved for amendment regarding destination and FOB value in the authorization.   2.2 The following  04  cases  were rejected­   (i)    S. Nos.  2, 3 and 4 of agenda were rejected as the firm  has not submitted the Physical Verification Certificates for the items to be exported as required by MoEF despite reminders.
