(ii)   S.No.  31  of  the  agenda  was  approved  subject  to  receipt  of  hard  copy  of  NOC  from  DAC  as  the  representative  of  DAC informed that case was approved and formal letter will be sent shortly.   2.2    The following  04  case  were rejected­   (i)    S. No. 14, 18, 25 and 26 of agenda was rejected as the Technical Authority DAHD&F  have rejected the same.       2.3     In view of clarification from D/o Fertilizers, in case of S.No. 23 of the agenda, it  was decided that the matter will be  examined on file as the item does not appear to be restricted.
