(v)              Ms. Anita Narang, S.O.                          ­ Rep. of D/o Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries(DAHD&F)   In attendance:­   (i)             Shri Hardeep Singh, Jt. DGFT (ii)               Shri Daya Shankar, Dy. DGFT                              2.     After deliberations the following decisions were taken:­   2.1 The following 09  cases  were approved:­   (i)    S.Nos.  2, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 28 of the agenda.   2.2 The following  01  case  was rejected­   (i)    S. No. 15 of agenda was rejected as the Technical Authority Department of AHD&F  have rejected the same.         2.3  In respect of case at S. No. 13 of the agenda, it was decided to seek clarification from the exporter on FOB value.       2.4  In respect of case at S. No. 16 of the agenda, it was decided to make a reference to MoEF as the item is not prohibited for              Export as per the Exim Policy.
