Strict compliance of provisions of Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirement for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012 as amended at the time of assessment, registration and examination, reg. . Attention of the Importers, Exporters, General Trade and all other stakeholders is invited to Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirement for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as “RCR Order”) as amended and various clarifications issued by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) in regard to “Product Coverage” under the said Order.

Extension of facility of Direct Port Delivery (DPD) at Mundra Port - Regarding. Attention of the Importers, Exporters, General Trade, Port Terminal Operators, Shipping Lines / Shipping Agents, CFSs coming under the jurisdiction of Mundra Custom House, PGAs and all other stakeholders is invited to the Public Notice No. 52/2017-18 dated 28/03/2018 and 05/2018-19 dated 14/05/2018 regarding broad banding of direct port delivery ( DPD) at Mundra Port. 4. In furtherance of trade facilitation, it has been decided to extend the DPD facility to the importers as per “Annexure-A” to this Pubic Notice also based on their past compliance levels, the percentage of RMS facilitated B/Es, volume of containers and based on the assessment by this office. Procedure to be followed and other conditions of the Public Notice No. 52/2017-18 dated 28.03.2018 remains the same. 3. Difficulties anticipated/ concerns, if any should be brought to the notice of the undersigned.

Operational problems being faced by EOU in GST regime consequent to amendment in Notification no. 52/2003-Customs dated 31-3-2003
