Subject: - Valuation of second hand machinery - reg.

of Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers and other members the Trade is invited to the earlier Public Notice No. 28/2017-18 dated 20/12/2017 issued by Customs House, Mundra regarding the valuation of imported Second hand (Old & used) Machinery/ goods etc.

2. In addition to the Chartered Engineers/Inspection and Certification Agency already notified under the earlier Public Notice No. 28/2017 dated 20/12/2017, the following Chartered Engineers / Inspection and Certification Agencies, which are also included in the list of agencies notified under Appendix 2G of the Hand Book of Procedures and Aayat Niryat Forms to the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, have intimated their local address and hereby notified for Valuation / Examination of second hand (old & use) machine imported at Mundra Customs House, as per the CBEC Circular No. 25/2015-Cus dated 15.10.2015 with immediate effect till further orders:-
