SUB:- Notice for conducting Category ‘G’ Written Examination

The Customs Broker and their employee are hereby informed that a Written Test for Category ‘G’ Examination under Regulation 13(5) of CBLR,2018, is scheduled to be held in November 2018 or thereafter. The applications in the prescribed format, as appended to this notice, are invited from all eligible candidates who are holding ‘H’ Category Custom Passes issued under CBLR, 2013 or CBLR, 2018. The eligible candidates may apply, along with the copies of documents as indicated below, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, in the Custom Broker Section, Custom House Mundra - 370421 on or before 01.10.2018.

(i) Copy of Category “H” Photo Identity pass.

• (ii) Copies of Certificate of Educational Qualifications i.e. Certificate of passing 10+2 or equivalent examination recognized by the Government.

• (iii) Proof of residence as evident from any documents issued by Central or State Government.

• (iv) If there is any change in name, Gazette Notification/Marriage Certificate in support of such change. |

NOTE:-

• 1. Actual date, time and venue of the examination shall be announced after 15.10.2018.
• 2. The candidates may note carefully that in case any information given in the application is found incorrect or any document submitted is found forged or fabricated, such candidate will be debarred from appearing for any examination under CBLR,2018 and or from holding any Customs pass. Such candidates may also be liable for action under any law for the time being in force.
• 3. Applications will be received in the CHA/CB section on all working days between 10am to 4 pm till 01.10.2018. Incomplete application and applications not accompanied by prescribed documents will not be accepted. Furl
