Launch of DG Systems Webforms and discontinuation of Service Center after 30.06.2025

  /2025-26 Subject: after 30.06.2025– Reg.   It is hereby brought to the notice of all concerned that the agreement between the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and the vendor M/s Xeam Ventures Pvt. Ltd., responsible for the operation and management of Service Centers for the filing of import/export- documents, has expired on 30.06.2025. 2. In view of the above, the Directorate General of Systems (DG Systems) has developed a number of Webforms to facilitate electronic filing of various Customs-related documents and requests, which were earlier being submitted at Service Centers.
