In how many Shipping Bills pertaining to the DFIA, use of Tapioca Starch has been indicated and the qty in each Shipping Bill 3. Committee decided that the wastage norms decided in that case may be adopted in the instant case, for import of inputs, as under: (i) 15.27% wastage on the net content of Carbon Fibre contained in the export product. (ii) 19.00% wastage on the net content of Glass Fibre contained in the export product. (iii) 40.00% wastage on the net content of Resin contained in the exprt product. (iv) Import of other items on net to net basis. RA may accordingly calculate the admissible import qty and take further action as per policy/procedure.
