F.No.01/82/50/229/AM07/DES‐III RLA F. No. 03/24/40/154/AM07 Adv. Lic. No.0310380501 dt. 16.05.06   CommiƩee considered case as per agenda and in consultaƟon with technical authority present in meeƟng, decided to amend the descripƟon of import item No.2 and its quanƟty to read as “Iodine 0.506 kg/kg of export product”.  Since  the  Formic  Acid  85%  is  not used  in  the  manufacturing  of  the  export  product,  the  same  was  not allowed for import.   RA concerned may take necessary acƟon as per above decision of NC.
