MEETING NUMBER : 21/82‐ALC4/2010 MEETING DATE : 24.08.2010 The MeeĀng No.21/82 in the year 2010‐11 to consider the cases under Duty ExempĀon Scheme (Chapter‐4) of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009‐14 pertaining to products falling in Chapter 29 and 30 was held on 24.08.2010 under the Chairmanship of Addl DGFT, Shri V.K. Gupta in his chamber. Following members were present:‐ 1. Shri Shaish Kumar, IA, DIPP 2. Shri Jasbir Singh, IA, Department of C&PC 3. Shri M. Mitra, Dy. DCGI, DCGI 4. Shri Krishan Kumar, Dy. DGFT 5. Shri Shyam Lal, FTDO CommiĀee discussed the issue regarding idenĀficaĀon ODS items in the SION and requested Shri Jasbir Singh, IA, Department of C&PC and Shri Shaish Kumar, IA, DIPP to idenĀfy the ODS Items in the SIONs and to submit a report in the maĀer to the CommiĀee. CommiĀee also observed that the representaĀves of DC(MSME), Department of Bio‐technology, Department of Revenue (DBK) and Petrochemicals Division of Department of C&PC are not aĀending meeĀng of Norms CommiĀee, though agenda of the meeĀng is being sent to them regularly. It was, therefore, decided to issue D.O. leĀer at the level of Chairman, NC‐3 to request them to aĀend the meeĀng regularly to enable Norms CommiĀee to dispose off the cases for fixaĀon of norms pertaining to their Departments.
