ADC’s observations:
• The Unit has achieved cumulative export revenue of Rs. 234.40 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 142.23 Crores (which is 164.80% of projected export) and achieved cumulative NFE of 229.65 Crores which is 97.97% in 4 years of 2nd Block Period i.e. during ( FY 2018-19 to 2021-22) • The unit has achieved Employment of 593 employees (Men – 498 & Women – 95) as on 31.03.2022. • Approval Committee may like to monitor the performance of the Unit for FY 2018-19 to 2021-22 (4 years of 2nd Block period).

Request of M/s. Xcaliber Infotech Pvt Ltd., located at Plot No. 12/1, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase III, Hinjewadi, Pune for extension of Letter of Approval bearing No. SEEPZ/MIDC-SEZ/XIPL/83/2022-23/2161 dated 17.02.2023 which will expire on 16.02.2024.

b) Detailed reasons for extension of LOA:
The Unit could not submit lease deed within 06 months after the LOA was issued. As per the request of the Unit, the Approval Committee in its meeting held on 21.09.2023 has granted extension of further six months for submission of Registered Lease Deed in terms 2nd Proviso to Rule 18(2)(ii) of SEZ Rules, 2006. The Unit has submitted the reason for extension is that the draft lease deed took more time than expected in MIDC Mumbai Office to get approved. The Unit vide email dated 05.02.2024 has informed that they will be submitting the lease deed before end of February 2024.
c. Relevant provision:
Proviso to Rule 19 (4) of SEZ Rules, 2006

MIDC Pune SEZ Developer has allotted vacant land admeasuring 19,858 Sq. Meter to the unit at plot no 12/1, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase III, Pune. The Unit has informed that they will be submitting lease deed before the end of February 2024. Further the Unit will require time to complete the construction activity in their SEZ Unit premises. The Approval Committee may like to consider the proposal of the Unit for extension of further one year in terms of the provisions of Rule 19(4) of SEZ Rules, 2006.

List of materials ii. Chartered Engineer’s Certificate • The Specified Officer has submitted verification report dated 04.01.2023 and informed that the list of material submitted by the Developer has been verified and found in Order. Bond Balance as on date is Rs.3,66,17,297/- which is sufficient for the procurement of Indigenous material of estimated value of Rs. 7,44,918/- covered under the aforementioned application. • The procurement of goods is allowed in terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 read with Rule 10 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

b. The Solar modules will be installed on roof top of their building at (Tower 1 &
Tower 2) located at Plot No. Plot No. 5, MIDC-IT-ITES-SEZ, Rajiv Gandhi
Infotech Park, Phase III, Hinjewadi, Pune 411057.
c. The said Solar Power Plant shall be set up exclusively for captive
consumption purpose only.
d. The said solar power plant will be set up by their vendor i.e. M/s Kirloskar
Solar Technologies Pvt. Ltd., in accordance to the revised power guidelines.
e. The Unit will not be availing any duty/tax benefits on material and
