Reason for deletion of Area : The unit has informed that as part of the business restructuring of Humane Business Intelligence Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the unit has proposed to transfer one of its business verticals to CALMANAC Private Limited. Accordingly, the existing SEZ Unit Humane Business Intelligence Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Ltd. will undergo a partial demerger of its business operations. Upon transfer of the said business vertical, the corresponding area utilized for such operations will also be allocated to CALMANAC Pvt. Ltd. Consequently, the space requirement of the existing SEZ unit of Humane Business Intelligence Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will reduce.
