No. K-43014(16)/8/2020-SEZ िदनांक 07.03.2024 के अंतगत यह अवगत कराया गया है िक िवशेष आथक े अ/धिनयम, 2005 क& धारा 26 के तहत शुGक लाभ उन इकाइयa को Dदान िकए जाएंगे जो नवीकरणीय ऊजा उपकरणa क& 8थापना तथा उनके संचालन एवं अनुरण (O&M) का उपयोग केवल अपनी इकाई के कै7"टव उपभोग के लए करगी, इस िवशेष शत के साथ िक उXपािदत िवAुत को डीटीए (घरेलू शुGक े) म Dवािहत नहJ िकया जाएगा।

ऊजा उपकरणa क& 8थापना तथा उनके संचालन एवं अनुरण (O&M) का उपयोग केवल अपनी इकाई के कै7"टव उपभोग के लए करगी, इस िवशेष शत के साथ िक उXपािदत िवAुत को डीटीए (घरेलू शुGक े) म Dवािहत नहJ िकया जाएगा।

इकाई समय-समय पर संशो/धत िवAुत अ/धिनयम, 2003 के अंतगत बनाए गए सभी िनयमa, िविनयमa तथा तकनीक& मानकa का पालन करेगी। उXपp क& गई गैर-पारंपLरक सौर ऊजा का उपयोग केवल कै7"टव उपभोग के लए िकया जाएगा तथा इसे बाहर नहJ बेचा जाएगा। यिद िवAुत उXपादन मता 500 केडZGयू से अ/धक हो जाती है, तो इकाई क* qीय िवAुत Dा/धकरण के साथ पुनः पंजीकरण कराएगी। पावर गाइडलाइंस िदनांक 16.02.2016 तथा उनके संशोधन िदनांक 28.01.2019 एवं 07.06.2021 म* िनधाLरत अUय सभी शतs अपLरवtतत रहगी। केवल कै7"टव उपभोग हेतु 160.65 केडZGयूपी मता क& गैर-पारंपLरक सौर ऊजा उXपादन Dणाली क& 8थापना के लए इकाई का D8ताव, वाणiय एवं उAोग मंालय, नई िदmी Oारा जारी कायालय oापन संbया F. No. K-43014(16)/8/2020-SEZ िदनांक 07.06.2021 एवं 07.03.2024 के अनु>प है। एजडा िवषय नंबर 08: मैसस हेसावेयर टेनोलॉजीज लिमटेड (एलओए नंबर 69) के Dदशन क& िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार Dथम Zलॉक अव/ध (िव2 वष 2020-21 से िव2 वष 2024-25) के पांच वष] के लए इकाई के Dदशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने Dथम Zलॉक अव/ध (िव2 वष 2020-21 से िव2 वष 2024-25) के दौरान अनुमािनत िनयात 6.00 करोड़ Rपये के मुकाबले 1.56 करोड़ Rपये का िनयात राज8व Dाl िकया है। इकाई ने िव2 वष 2020-21 से िव2 वष 2024-25 तक संचयी आधार पर R.

अव/ध (िव2 वष 2020-21 से िव2 वष 2024-25) के दौरान अनुमािनत िनयात 6.00 करोड़ Rपये के मुकाबले 1.56 करोड़ Rपये का िनयात राज8व Dाl िकया है। इकाई ने िव2 वष 2020-21 से िव2 वष 2024-25 तक संचयी आधार पर R. 1.56 करोड़ यानी 100 % का सकराXमक NFE Dाl िकया है। एसओ क& Lरपोट के अनुसार यूिनट ने 0 (पुRष-0 मिहला-0) रोजगार Dाl िकया है। एजडा िवषय नंबर 09: मैसस हेसावेयर टेनोलॉजीज लिमटेड (एलओए नंबर 05) के Dदशन क& िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने 2 Zलॉक अव/ध यानी िव2ीय वष 2012-13 से िव2ीय वष 2021-22 तक और तीसरे Zलॉक अव/ध यानी 2022-23 से 2026-27 के 02 साल (िव2 वष 2022-23 & िव2 वष 2023-2024) के लए इकाई के Dदशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने Dथम Zलॉक अव/ध यािन िव2ीय वष 2012-13 से 2016-17 के दौरान Rपये 191.50 करोड़ के अपे/त िनयात के मुकाबले Rपये 119.10 करोड़ का िनयात राज8व Dाl िकया है और Rपये 112.00 करोड़ का सकाराXमक एनएफई Dाl िकया जो िक संचयी आधार पर 94.03 % है । इकाई ने िOतीय Zलॉक अव/ध यािन िव2ीय वष 2017-18 से 2021-22 के दौरान Rपये 204.33 करोड़ के अपे/त िनयात के मुकाबले Rपये 204.58 करोड़ का िनयात राज8व Dाl िकया है और Rपये 203.11 करोड़ का सकाराXमक एनएफई Dाl िकया जो िक संचयी आधार पर 99.29 % है । इकाई ने तृतीय Zलॉक अव/ध म पहले 2 वष] म* यानी िव2ीय वष 2022-23 से 2023-24 के दौरान Rपये 97.39 करोड़ के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले Rपये 99.15 करोड़ का िनयात राज8व Dाl िकया है और Rपये 94.98 करोड़ का सकाराXमक एनएफई Dाl िकया जो िक संचयी आधार पर 95.80 % है । इकाई ने 31.03.2024 तक 81 रोजगार (पुRष-31 एवं मिहला-50) Dाl िकया हd। यह देखा गया िक इकाई ने आया/तत पूंजीगत व8तुओं के संबंध म* सभी िव2ीय वष] के लए गलत पLरशोधन मूGय क& सूचना दी

The Unit shall not be availing duty/tax benefits stipulated under Section 26 of the SEZ Act, 2005 for setting up, operations and maintenance of such power plant. No. K-43014(16)/8/2020-SEZ dated 07.03.2024 conveyed that the Duty benefits under Section 26 of SEZ Act, 2005 shall be allowed to the units for installation as well as O&M of renewable energy equipment exclusively for captive consumption of the unit with a specific condition that power shall not be wheeled out to DTA. The unit shall comply with all rules, regulations and technical standards framed under the Electricity Act, 2003 as amended from time to time. The non-conventional solar power generated will be used only for captive consumption and will not be sold outside. They will Re-register with Central Electricity Authority if power generation capacity exceeds 500 KW. The other conditions laid down vide power guidelines dated 16.02.2016 and amendment dated 28.01.2019 and 07.06.2021 shall remain unchanged. The proposal of the unit for installation of 350 KWP Non-conventional Solar Power Generation System, for captive consumption only, aligns with the O.M. issued under F. No. K-43014(16)/8/2020-SEZ dated 07.06.2021 issued by MOC&I, New Delhi and may be considered.
