Agenda Item No. 02: - Ratification of decisions taken by the Development Commissioner i.r.o. M /s. Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

यह मामला वकास आयु, मेसस' रोमा ब:डस' Uा. िल. – SEZ के समW Uतुत 0कया गया था और मामले के तXय एवं प6रथितय को Yयान म7 रखते हुए, वकास आयु ने बना दंडा[मक कार'वाई के, लागू शु:क को \याज स0हत जमा करने कS अनुमित देने के Uताव को वीकृित Uदान कS। तदनुसार, यूिनट ने इन वतुओं पर लागू शु:क को \याज स0हत जमा कर 0दया है।

This matter was put up before the Development Commissioner, M/s Roma Builders Pvt. Ltd.– SEZ and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the Development Commissioner approved the proposal of allowing the Unit for payment of applicable duties along with interest without penal action. Accordingly, Unit has paid the duty along with interest on these items.

Decision: - After deliberation, the Committee ratified the decision taken by the Development Commissioner regarding grant of permission to M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. –Unit for payment of applicable duty and interest without penal action i.r.o lost/unreturned IT assets issued to their employee for security operations.
