डेवलपर/सेवा प्रदाता को इस प्रकार की सुवि6धाओं को बनाने या संचालने के लि2ए 582 अधि‚निuयम के ,1 अनुभाग 7 / अनुभाग 26 के तहत उपलब्ध कि¡सी भी छूट, वापसी, सबसिÀडी, या कि¡सी अन्य लाभ के लि2ए पात्र नहीं होगा डेबलपर/सेवा प्रदाता को इस प्रकार की सुवि6धा की स्थापना/संचालन के लि2ए आवश्यक मान्यताएँ/1000 .2 अग्निÆu वि6भाग, FASSAL और अन्य वि6धि‚क प्राधि‚करणों से पूर्व मिWलने वाली सभी मंजूरि§यों/निuर्गमों /स्वीकृतिYयों का पालन करना होगा। 3. सुवि6धाएँ केवल डेवलपर के कर्मचारि§यों तथा यूनिuट के कर्मचारि§यों के वि6शेष उपयोग के लि2ए ही प्रयुक्त होंगी। एजेंडा आइटम नंबर 03: मैसर्स हेक्सावेयर टेक्नोलॉजीजलि2मिWटेडका मॉनिuटरि§ंग ऑफ़ परफॉर्मन्स | वि6चार वि6मर्श के बाद, समिWतिY ने एसईजेड निuयम, 2006 के निuयम 54 के अनुसार, प्रथम ब्लॉक अवधि‚ (2019-20 से 2023-24) में से वि6त्त वर्ष 2019-20 से वि6त्त वर्ष 2022-23 की अवधि‚ के लि2ए यूनिuट के प्रदर्शन को नोट कि¡या। जैसा नीचे वि6स्तृत रूप में दिOया गया है; यूनिuट ने वि6त्त वर्ष. 2023- 2022 में संचयी आधार पर 70.50 करोड़ रुपये के अनुमानिuत Pate « के मुकाबले 219.14 करोड़ रुपये का निuर्यात हासिÀल कि¡या है। यूनिuट ने वि6त्त वर्ष 2023- 2022. में संचयी आधार पर 218.21 करोड़ रुपये यानी 99.58% का * सकारात्मक एन,एफ.ई [नेट वि6देशी मूल्य( हासिÀल कि¡या है।

• समिWतिY ने अनुमान से कम निuर्यात हासिÀल करने के लि2ए यूनिuट द्वारा प्रस्तुत कारण को नोट कि¡या |
• यूनिuटने ने 580 कर्मचारि§यों (पुरुष-426, महिsला-154) का शेजगार सूजिRत कि¡या है। « निuगरानी से संबंधि‚त यूनिuट के प्रदर्शन पर चर्चा करते हुए, समिWतिY ने पाया कि¡ यूनिuट ने एनएसडीएल पोर्टल एपीआर में जमा नहीं कि¡या है । अध्यक्ष ने यूनिuट प्रतिYनिuधि‚ को एपीआर (2019-20 से 2022-23) की प्रतिY के साथ अनुरोध आईडी (एनएसडीएल पोर्टल) तुरंत जेडीसी कार्यालय में जमा करने का निuर्देãश दिOया। यूनिuट ने ईमेल के माध्यम से एपीआर की प्रतिY के साथ उपरोक्त अवधि‚ के लि2ए एनएसडीएल पोर्टल की

ड्यूटी का लाभ उठन क साथ कप्टिè­व उपभोग क लि2ए एसईजड इकाई परि§सर की छत पर गर पारपरि§क सौर ऊर्जा सयत्र की स्थापना केलि2ए यूनिuट के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी। जैसा नीचे वि6स्तृत रूप में दिOया गया है; 1 सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र के वि6क्रेता का नाम पर्स कृषजय एनर्जीï प्रा. लि2मिWटेड, 3 चिñक्रेता-सेवा पूर्तिY> एवं स्थापना 3 क्षमता 153 कि¡लोबाट + क्षमता में वार्षिô>क उत्पादन 198900 कि¡लोबाट 5 कुल खर्च कि¡, 71.75 लाख अनुमोदन निuम्नलि2खिºत शर्तों¼ के अधीन है:

• यूनिuट को समय-समय पर राज्य सरकार/वि6द्युत वि6भाग द्वारा निuर्धारि§त कि¡सी भी शर्त/सुरक्षा उपायों को पूरा करना होगा
