विचार-विमर्श के बाद, सममति ने मेससश महािािर औद्योवगक ववकास वनगम वलवमटेड (डेिलपर) द्िारा प्रस्िुि की गई सामग्रियों की सूची जिसकी कीमि 8,91,39,985/- रुपये है, जिसको चार्शडश इंिीतनयर श्री अलमत बोगाित, (पांजीकरण सांख्या एम-1474545) द्िारा प्रमाणिि ककया गया है। इस समग्रियों की सूची को SEZ के विकास के अग्रिकृि संचालन के मलए एसईिेड तनयमों के तनयम 12(2) के अनुसार मंिूरी दे दी है।

एजेंडा आइटम नंबि 05 : मेससय हेक्सावेयि टेक्नोलॉजीज प्राइवेट वलवमटेड के पिफॉमेंस का मोवनवटरंग।

लिर्ार-लिमिस के बाि, सलमलत ने एसईजेड लनयम, 2006 के लनयम 54 के अनुसार, पििी ब्लॉक अिलध के लित्त िषस 2019-20 से 2022-23 तक, यालन 4 िषस के लिए यूलनट के परफॉमेंस को नोट लकया।  यूलनट ने पििी ब्लॉक अिलध के लित्त िषस 2022-23 में सांर्यी आधार पर 308.86 करोड रुपये के अनुमालनत लनयासत के मुकाबिे 308.59 करोड रुपये का लनयासत िालसि लकया िै।  यूलनट ने पििी ब्लॉक अिलध के लित्त िषस 2022-23 में सांर्यी आधार पर 251.43 करोड रुपये यानी 81.47% का सकारात्मक एन.एफ.ई (नेट लििेिी मूल्य )िालसि लकया िै।  यूलनट ने 1754 कमसर्ाररयोां )पुरुष-1193, मलििा-561( को रोजगार लिया।

एजेंडा आइटम नंबि 07: मेससय टाटा कंसल्टेंसी सववयसेज द्वािा एसईजेड यूवनट परिसि में आईबीएस सेटअप की िापना के अनुमोदन के वलए आवेदन प्रस्तुत वकया गया।

सलमलत ने नोट लकया लक, इकाई और लिक्रेता ने यि आश्वासन निीां लिया िै लक सुलिधा का उपयोग SEZ इकाई पररसर के बािर लकसी भी उपयोगकतास को मोबाइि नेटिकस कनेखक्टलिटी या सेिाएां प्रिान करने के लिए निीां लकया जाएगा। र्र्ास के िौरान, इकाई के प्रलतलनलध ने सूलर्त लकया लक इन

लबखल्यांग सोल्यूिन ( IBS) सुलिधा की लसग्नि सीमा 250 मीटर िै। पररणामस्वरूप, अन्य मोबाइि उपयोगकतास जो इकाई पररसर के बािर िैं, इस सुलिधा से लसग्नि प्राप्त कर सकते िैं, और इकाई लसग्नि सीमा पर कोई लनयांत्रण निीां रखती िै। िेलकन इकाई ने यि निीां बताया लक िि अपने स्वयां के फांड्स में IBS सेटअप क्ोां इांस्टॉि कर रिा िै, यलि इसका उपयोग बािरी िोग करते िैं। यिाां तक लक इकाई ने यि भी निीां समझाया लक क्ा कोई बूस्टर टेक्नोिॉजी जो लििेष रूप से उसके अपने कमसर्ाररयोां के लिए लिलिष्ट पासिडस के साथ उपयोग की जाती िै, बाजार में उपिब्ध िै या निीां।

र्ूांलक इकाई अभी भी SEZ लनयम, 2006 के लनयम 11 (5) की ितों और लनयमोां को पूरा निीां करती िै, सलमलत ने र्र्ास के बाि, M/s टाटा कांसल्टेंसी सलिसेज द्वारा SEZ इकाई पररसर में IBS सेटअप की स्थापना के लिए प्रस्तुत प्रस्ताि को स्थलगत करने का लनणसय लिया।

The approval is granted subject to the condition that the transfer of assets / fit- outs is as per the asset purchase agreement and written confirmation from the Specified Officer for such assets being transferred an accounted for in the BLUT of the New Unit.

The approval is granted is subject to acceptance of terms and conditions of the LOA and upon execution of BLUT and further transfer of the fit-outs as per the asset purchase agreement and written confirmation from the Specified Officer for such assets being transferred are accounted for in the BLUT of the new Unit.

Agenda Item No.04: Application for approval of List of Materials for Authorised Operations submitted by M/s Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation Ltd.

After deliberation, Committee approved the list of materials submitted by the M/s Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. of Rs. 8,91,39,985/- duly certified by the Chartered Engineer Shri Amit Bogawat, (Reg. No. M-1474545) for Sewage and garbage disposal plant, pipelines and other necessary infrastructure for sewage and garbage disposal, Sewage treatment plants for authorized operation at Hinjewadi Phase III for development of their SEZ in terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules,

Agenda Item No.05: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Hexaware Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for first 4 years of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2019-20 to FY 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

• The unit has achieved export of Rs.308.59 Cr against the projected export of Rs. 308.86 Cr i.e 99.91 % in FY 2022-23 on cumulative basis. • The unit has achieved NFE of Rs. 251.43 Cr i.e, 81.47% % in FY year 2022- 23 on cumulative basis.

• The unit has achieved employment of 1754 employees (Men-1193, Women- 561) as on 31.03.2023.

Agenda Item No.06: Application for approval of Setting up Cafeteria in the SEZ Unit Premises submitted by M/s Tata Consultancy Services.

After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal for setting up of cafeteria – 2 nos. for exclusive use of their Employees in terms of para 3 of Instruction No.95 dated 11.06.2019 issued by MOC&I..

Agenda Item No.07: Application for approval of Installation of IBS Setup in the SEZ Unit Premises – M/s Tata Consultancy Services.

The Committee noted that, the Unit and the Vendor have not submitted an undertaking stating that the facility will not be used for providing mobile network connectivity or services to any users outside the SEZ Unit premises.

During the discussion, the Unit representative informed that the signal range of the In-building Solution (IBS) facility is 250 meters. As a result, other mobile users outside the Unit premises may receive signals from this facility, and the Unit has no control over the signal range. But unit didn't explained why unit is installing in his own funds IBS setup if it is used by outsiders. Even Unit didn't explain any booster technology which is specifically use for his own employees with specific password is available or not in Market.

As the Unit still does not fulfils the terms and conditions of Rule 11 (5) of SEZ Rules, 2006, the Committee, after deliberation, decided to defer the proposal submitted by M/s Tata Consultancy Services for the installation of an IBS setup in the SEZ Unit premises.

Agenda Item No.08: Application for approval for Change in Board of Director submitted by M/s Fulcrum Worldwide Software Pvt. Ltd. After deliberation, the committee approved the proposal of the Co-Developer for change in Board of Directors, in terms of Instruction No. 109 dated 18.10.2021 issued by MOCI, as detailed below:
