Agenda Item No.03: Application submitted by M/s Qubix Business Park Private Limited, Developer for approval of additional service required for their authorized operations. The proposal of the M/s. Qubix Business Park Private Limited, Developer for approval of additional service required for their authorized operations was placed before the Approval Committee in terms of Rule 10 of SEZ Rules, 2006. After due deliberation, the Committee is of opinion that the service requested by the Developer, namely Corporate Guarantee Services, falls within the ambit of Banking and Other Financial Services, which is already covered under the default list of approved services. However, for greater clarity and to avoid any ambiguity, the Committee approved the proposal of the Developer for inclusion of the said service as an additional service for authorised operations, subject to the condition that it shall be utilised exclusively for SEZ operations and not for any Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) activities.

They have been granted Formal Letter of Approval Number F.2/274/2006-EPZDtd. 07.02.2012. iii. The Co-Developer has informed that live cooking activities will be carried out within the food court area. iv. The service provider will be responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and approvals required for operations in compliance with applicable statutory regulations. v. The Co-Developer has informed that the food court has been developed strictly as per the sanctioned building plans, including full fit outs and installation of furniture and fixtures. vi. There is no sale, sub-lease, or transfer of the building or any part thereof. The use of this food court area is in line with its intended use and approved purpose. vii. The vendor is only being allowed to use the kitchen spece as an amenity provider for employees with the SEZ. viii. The Co-Developer has stated that the facilities will be utilized by all the Employees of the units and Co- Developers. ix. The Co-Developer has informed that the vendors will not avail any tax exemptions or Benefits under SEZ regulations. x. The Co-Developer has submitted the following with the application:
