Content development, Graphic information  system services,  Human
resources services,  Information  enabled  services  such  as  Data
processing,  Information  Technology-  Application  Development,
Enhancement  in  Existing  Application/Software,  Computer  Software
Services  Develop and Maintain  Software,  Support centres,  Web-site
services in an area admeasuring 58,859 sq.ft., envisaging FOB value of
exports of Rs. 395.00 Crores, FE outgo of Rs. 22.60 Crores and NFE of
Rs. 372.40 Crores over a period of 5 years with employment generation
of 550 nos. (330 Men & 220 Women).
 
Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of
M/s Physicians Interactive India Private Limited for setting up of a SEZ
unit of  Content  development,  Graphic information  system  services,
Human resources services, Information enabled services such as Data
processing,  Information  Technology-  Application  Development,
Enhancement  in  Existing  Application/Software,  Computer  Software
Services  Develop and Maintain  Software,  Support centres,  Web-site

additional location admeasuring 27,709 Sq.ft. located at Part Level 11,
16th Floor, Plot No GEN- 4/1 TTC Industrial Area, LQ1, Loma Co-
Developers  1  Private  Limited,  Thane  Belapur  Road,  Ghansoli  Navi
Mumbai Maharashtra 400710, with revision in projection for balance

Loma Co-Developers 1 Private Limited, thane Belapur Road, Ghansoli
Navi  Mumbai  Maharashtra  400710,  with  revision  in  projection  for
remaining  1 year in the Existing LOA, in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ
Rule, 2006.

a) प्रस्ताि :- 
         मेससा ऑरम ररयल एस्टेट डेिलपसा वलवमटेड , (डेिलपर) की अप्रैल 2024 से जूि 2024 की अिवध के 
वलए त्रैमावसक विगरािी प्रदशाि ररपोटा। 
b) विवशष्ट मुद्दे वजि पर विर्ाय अपेवक्षत है:- 
         अप्रैल 2024 से जूि 2024 की अिवध के वलए त्रैमावसक विष्पादि ररपोटा । 
c) एसईजेड अवधवियम, 2006 एिं वियमों के प्रासंवगक प्रािधाि: 
  
एसईजेड वियम 2006 के वियम 12(6) के अिुसार - "विकासकताा को माल के आयात या खरीद, 
खपत और उपयोग का उवचत लेखा-जोखा रखिा होगा और अिुमोदि सवमवत के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करिे के वलए विकास 
आयुक्त को प्रपत्र ई में वतमाही और अधािार्थषक ररटिा प्रस्तुत करिा होगा"। 
 
   
एसईजेड वियम 2006 के वियम 22(4) के अिुसार - "विकासकताा घरेलू टैररफ क्षेत्र से माल के 
आयात और खरीद, उसके उपयोग और हाि में मौजूद स्टॉक पर वतमाही ररपोटा फॉमा ई में विकास आयुक्त को प्रस्तुत 
करेगा और विर्ददष्ट अवधकारी और विकास आयुक्त उसे अिुमोदि सवमवत के समक्ष रखेंगे। 
 
d) अन्य सूचिा : 
           मेससा ऑरम ररयल एस्टेट डेिलपसा वलवमटेड , (डेिलपर) को जी-4/1, टीटीसी औद्योवगक क्षेत्र, 
एमआईडीसी, ठार्े बेलापुर रोड , घिसोली , ििी मुंबई -400710 में सूचिा प्रौद्योवगकी और सूचिा प्रौद्योवगकी 
सक्षम सेिाओं के वलए औपचाररक अिुमोदि संख्या एफ.1/1/2016-एसईजेड ददिांक 11.01.2016 प्रदाि 
दकया गया है। 
  
क्यूपीआर को 31.07.2024 के मेल द्वारा सत्यापि के वलए विर्ददष्ट अवधकारी को भेज ददया गया।

c) Relevant provision of SEZ, Act, 2006 & Rules:  
  
In terms of Rule 12(6), of SEZ Rules 2006 - “The Developer shall 
maintain a proper account of the import or procurement, consumption and 
utilization of goods and submit quarterly and half-yearly returns to the Development 
Commissioner in Form E for placing the same before the Approval Committee”. 
 
   
In terms of Rule 22(4), of SEZ Rules 2006 - “The Developer shall submit 
Quarterly Report on import and procurement of goods from the Domestic Tariff 
Area, utilization of the same and the stock in hand, in  
Form

The QPRs were forwarded to Specified Officer for verification vide mail dated 
31.07.2024. However, reply is awaited. 
         The detail report in respect of the Developer, M/s. Aurum RealEstate
