M/s. Physicians Interactive India Pvt. Ltd. had applied for permission for setting up a Cafeteria in their SEZ Unit located at Aurum-SEZ.

यूिनट ने यह बताया है 0क कैफेटे6रया बना 0कसी व ेता कU भागीदार+ के संचािलत होगा तथा कैफेटे6रया के भीतर लाइव कु0कंग कU अनुमित नह+ं होगी। यह सुवधा केवल कम'चा6रय Zारा घर से लाया गया भोजन उपभोग करने के िलए ह+ िनधा'6रत होगी।

The unit has stated that the cafeteria will operate without the involvement of vendors and live cooking will not be permitted within the cafeteria. The facility is exclusively designated for employees to consume food brought from their homes.

सुवधा को सुगम बनाने हेतु चाय एवं कॉफU के व70डंग मशीन थापत 0कए जाएंगे, साथ ह+ घर से लाए गए भोजन को गरम करने के िलए माइ ोवेव कU \यवथा भी होगी।

To facilitate convenience, tea and coffee vending machines will be installed, accompanied by a microwave for heating home-prepared meals.

इसके अित6र, उJहने यह भी आ]ासन 0दया है 0क वे SEZ अिधिनयम एवं उसके अंतग'त बनाए गए िनयम के तहत उपल^ध 0कसी भी शु:क लाभ का दावा नह+ं कर7गे। इस संदभ' म7, उJहने अनुरोध 0कया है 0क उJह7 कैफेटे6रया थापत करने कU अनुमित Wदान कU जाए, जसका उपयोग वशेष Gप से SEZ यूिनट के कम'चा6रय Zारा 0कया जाएगा।

Further, they undertake that they will not be available any duty benefits available under SEZ Act and rules made there under. In this connection, they requested to grant them approval to establish Cafeteria which will be used exclusively for employees of SEZ unit.

िनण'य: - वचार-वमश' के उपरांत, सिमित ने िनद`श संMया 95 0दनांक 11.06.2019 के अनुसार औरम-SEZ म7 थत मेसस' 0फज़िशयJस इंटरएVटव इं0डया Wाइवेट िलिमटेड के SEZ यूिनट म7 कैफेटे6रया थापत करने हेतु उनके आवेदन को वीकृित Wदान कU।

Decision: - After deliberation, the Committee approved t h e application of M/s. Physicians Interactive India Private Limited located at AURUM-SEZ for setting up a cafeteria within their SEZ unit as per Instruction No. 95 dated 11.06.2019.
