LOA No. SEEPZ-SEZ/NEWSEZ/ AURUM- SEZ/UIPL/LCD-1/02/ 2019-20/04521, dated 03.03.2020. इकाई ारा िव4 वष 2019-2020 से 2023-24 तक क वाDषक िनVपादन !रपोट Q#तुत क गई। इकाई ने िव4 वष 2023-24 के दौरान 0.37 करोड़ Yपये का सकाराZमक संचयी एनएफई Qा[ िकया है।

The Annual Performance Report for the FY 2019-2020 to 2023-24 was submitted by the unit. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 0.37/- Crores during the FY 2023-24. िनणय:- िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के संदभ म मेसस अन'लिमटेड आईओटी Qाइवेट 'लिमटेड (ऑरम-एसईजेड) के Qदशन को नोट िकया।

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of M/s. Unlimit IOT Private Limited (Aurum-SEZ) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. सिम/त ने वष 2019-20 से 2023-24 तक क वाDषक !रपोट Q#तुत करने म देरी के 'लए कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी करने हेतु कारवाई शुI करने का भी िनद\श िदया।

The Committee also directed to issue Show Cause Notice to the unit for delay in submission of APR for the years 2019-20 to 2023-24. यह अवलोकन िकया गया है िक इकाई ारा एपीआर वष 2022-23 के कॉलम सं6या 8 एवं 9 म आंकड़े अंिकत नह0 िकए गए ह]। अतः इकाई को िनद\Jशत िकया जाता है िक एपीआर म आव_यक संशोधन कर वष 2022-23 का एपीआर पुनः Q#तुत कर।

It is observed that, the unit has not mentioned figures in Column No. 8 and 9 of APR for the year 2022-23. Therefore, the unit is directed to make the necessary corrections in the APR and re-submit the revised APR for the year 2022-23.

The Annual Performance Report for the FY 2024-25 was submitted by the unit. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 20.30/- Crores during the FY 2024-25. िनणय:- िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के संदभ म मेसस टेक म`हा 'लिमटेड (ऑरम-एसईजेड) के Qदशन को नोट िकया।

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of M/s. Tech Mahindra Limited (Aurum-SEZ) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

इकाई ारा िव4 वष 2021-2022 से 2024-25 तक क वाDषक िनVपादन !रपोट Q#तुत क गई। इकाई ने िव4 वष 2024-25 के दौरान 12.33 करोड़ Yपये का सकाराZमक संचयी एनएफई हा-सल िकया है।

The Annual Performance Report for the FY 2021-2022 to 2024-25 was submitted by the unit. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 12.33/- Crores during the FY 2024-25. िनणय:- िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के संदभ म मेसस टेaनोसव (ऑरम-एसईजेड) के Qदशन को नोट िकया।

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of M/s. Technoserve (Aurum-SEZ) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. सिम/त ने वष 2021-22 के 'लए वाDषक !रपोट (एपीआर) Q#तुत करने म देरी के 'लए कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी करने के 'लए कारवाई शुI करने का भी िनद\श िदया।

The Committee also directed to initiate action for issuance of Show Cause notice for delay in submission of APR for the year 2021-22. सिम/त ने यह भी पाया िक, इकाई ने वष 2022-23 और 2023-24 के एपीआर के कॉलम सं6या 8 और 9 म गलत आंकड़े दशाए ह]। इस'लए, इकाई को एपीआर म आव_यक सुधार करने और वष 2022- 23 और 2023-24 के 'लए संशो/धत एपीआर पुनः Q#तुत करने का िनद\श िदया जाता है।

The Committee also observed that, unit has mentioned incorrect figures in column no. 8 and 9 of APRs for the year 2022-23 and 2023-24. Therefore, the unit is directed to make the necessary corrections in the APR and re-submit the revised APR for the year 2022-23 and 2023-24. अय को धMयवाद bापन के साथ बैठक समा[ हुई।
