Aurum RealEstate Developers Limited, IT/ITES developed by LOMA Co-Developers 1 Pvt. Ltd.-SEZ, TTC Industrial Area, Thane Belapur Road, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai 400 710 under the provisions of Rule 11(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and Para 3 of Instruction No. 95 dated 11.06.2019. िनणय:- िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 11(5) और िदनांक 11.06.2019 के िनदVश संRया 95 के पैरा 3 के Uावधान7 के तहत कैफेटे!रया #थािपत करने के 'लए मेसस िफ-जSशयन इंटरएITटव इं/डया Uाइवेट 'लिमटेड के U#ताव को मंजूरी दे दी।

Decision :- After deliberations, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Physicians Interactive India Pvt. Ltd. to setting up of Cafeteria under the provisions of Rule 11(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and Para 3 of Instruction No. 95 dated 11.06.2019.

The Annual Performance Report for the FY 2020-21 to 2023-24 was submitted by the unit. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 298.40/- Crore on cumulative basis during the FY 2023-24. िनणय:- िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के संदभ म मेसस फ#टरXड सKवसेज Uाइवेट 'लिमटेड (ऑरम-एसईजेड) के Uदशन पर नोट िकया।

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of M/s. Firstrand Services Private Limited (Aurum-SEZ) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. अय को धNयवाद ]ापन के साथ बैठक समा^ हुई।
