The Annual Performance Report for the FY 2025-26
(01.04.2025 to 18.08.2025) was submitted by the unit. The
unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 0.002/-
Crores during the FY 2025-26.

 के बाद, सिम/त ने पाया िक एसईजेड इकाई
एसईजेड योजना से बाहर िनकल रही है और 2025-26
(01.04.2025 से 18.08.2025) क अव/ध के 'लए इकाई के
Vदश
न पर यान िदया। इसके अलावा, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम
2006 के िनयम 74 के अनुसार सभी िनकास औपचा!रकताएँ पूरी
करने का िनद^श िदया।
 
Decision: - After deliberation, the Committee observed
that the SEZ unit is exiting from SEZ scheme and noted
the performance of the unit for the period 2025-26
(01.04.2025 to  18.08.2025). Further the committee
directed to complete all exit formalities in terms of Rule 74
of SEZ Rules 2006.

    Notification :- 
In terms of Rule 11 (5) of the SEZ Rules, 2006 which stipulates that –           
“The Developer may, with the prior approval of the Approval Committee, grant on lease land or built up space, for creating
facilities such as canteen, public telephone booths, first aid centres, crèche and such other facilities as may be required use of
the unit”
MoC&I Instruction No. 95 dated 11.06.2019, item No. 3 (a) which stipulates that –
“The facilities as envisaged under the proviso to Rule 11(5) of the SEZ Rules could also be created by a unit for its exclusive
use subject to obtaining a NOC from the Developer as well as necessary NOCs / clearances / approvals from the relevant
statutory authorities.”

The unit vide its letter dated 18.12.2025 has stated as under:
          The cafeteria will operate without the involvement of vendors and live cooking will not be permitted within the
cafeteria. The facility is exclusively designated for employees to consume food brought from their homes.
          To facilitate convenience, tea and coffee vending machines will be installed, accompanied by a microwave for heating
home-prepared meals.
          They undertake that they will not be available any duty benefits available under SEZ Act and rules made there under. In this
connection, they requested to grant them approval to establish Cafeteria which will be used exclusively for employees of SEZ unit.  
e. Recommendation: 
 
The application of the unit for Permission to set up a Cafeteria in their SEZ 14th Floor, Level 9 at Q Parc, Plot No. GEN-
4/1, Q1 Tower, M/s. Aurum RealEstate Developers Limited, IT/ITES developed by LOMA Co-Developers 1 Pvt. Ltd.-
SEZ, TTC Industrial Area, Thane Belapur Road, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai 400 710.
Hence, submitted to the Approval Committee for consideration in terms of Rule 11 (5) of the SEZ Rules, 2006 and
MoC&I Instruction No. 95 dated 11.06.2019, item no. 3(a).
