Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of M/s. Hexaware Technologies Ltd. (Aurum-SEZ) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The Committee also directed to initiate action for issuance of Show Cause notice for delay in submission of APR for the year 2019-20.
