The applicant has stated that - PHYSICIANS INTERACTIVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“PHYSICIANS INTERACTIVE”) is a Private Limited Company incorporated on 7th July, 2000 under Companies Act, 1956 and its parent company is WebMD LLC, USA and intent to set up a new SEZ unit. PHYSICIANS INTERACTIVE is a new company with a fresh and agile attitude built upon an established core of expertise, with an experienced management team that combines both continuity and a track-record of delivery and execution. The Physicians Interactive WebMD is the leading provider of health information services, serving patients, physicians, health care professionals, employers, and health plans through the portal WebMD.Comand Medscape.Com and works exclusively for its Principals WebMD LLC situated in the USA. Physicians Interactive provides end to end Project Management services for Digital and Technical Products, develops and maintains Software in VueJS, Java, Python, Objective C, Kotlin, Net and other computer languages as per Instructions from the US team. It provides Database Development and Maintenance Services as per Instructions from the US team, creates and reviews the Medical Content as per Instructions from the US team.

Brennan IT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is a parent company situated at in Singapore and below is brief background of parent company.

Brennan intends to set up a new SEZ unit at Aurum Platz IT Pvt. Ltd.- IT/ITES developed by Loma Co-Developers 1 Pvt. Ltd. -SEZ.
