At the outset the Minutes of NC Meeting No. 36/AM11 held on 02.12.2010 Meeting were ratified. Thereafter agenda for individual cases for Meeting No. 37/AM11 dated 09.12.2010 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below: -

M/s Kanti Floor Furnishers, Kerala NC No.37/AM11 F.No.01/84/50/173/AM11/DES-V Dated 09.12.2010 Re-fixation of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.1010040161 dated 17.09.2010. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that earlier this case was cleared by NC in its meeting held on 23.09.2010 with condition that the weight of plastisole should match in the export and import item. The Committee felt that since in this case export is not PVC backed, hence the above condition that the weight of plastisole should match in the export and import item does not apply in this case. It was therefore decided to delete the above condition from the earlier decision of NC.

The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

M/s Gaurav International, Gurgaon NC No.37/AM11 F.No.01/84/162/279/AM11/DES-V Dated 09.12.2010 Re-fixation of input output norms in respect of Advance

PRO version Authorization No.0510266971 dated 28.10.2010. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and relevant details submitted by the firm have been handed over to the representative of DC (MSME) present in the meeting for examination and comments. It was therefore decided to defer the case for re-listing on 13.01.2011.

Reference received from Jt. DGFT, Mumbai in r/o M/s Karigar
NC No.37/AM11 Pt. F.No.01/84/50/24/AM08/DES-V Dated 09.12.2010 Clarification regarding description of export item in the export documents not as per decision of NC in respect of Authorization No.0310430563 dated 24.05.2007. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and relevant details and observed that this case was earlier cleared by NC in its meeting held on 20.03.2008 with some amendment/change in the description of export & import item as was mentioned in the application. The Committee felt that changed description should be adhered to only for the exports made after the date of communication NC decision taken in this case. If all the exports were made prior to the communication of NC decision, firm should account for total 1300 Sq ft. of finished leather (full grain and Aniline dyed leather) on the export side. The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

M/s Indo British Garments (P) Ltd., Faridabad NC No.37/AM11 F.No.01/84/50/54/AM10/DES-V Dated 09.12.2010 Fixation of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.0510244229 dated 23.06.2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and observed that case is under examination of DC (MSME) and comments are still awaited. It was therefore decided to defer the case for re-listing on 13.01.2011.

M/s Madura Coats Pvt., Ltd., Madurai NC No.37/AM11 F.No.01/84/50/248/AM09/DES-V Dated 09.12.2010 Re-fixation of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.3510024386 dated 06.08.2008. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and observed that this case was earlier decided by NC but there was some error in mentioning the Qty. of import item (Lubricating Agent). Therefore, Committee after deliberation and taking cue from SION, J-4 decided to allow Lubricating Agent (Resed wax/Sasol wax) @ 1Kg/Kg content of cotton yarn in export item. Accordingly, the Qty. of Lubricating Agent may be allowed 3000 Kgs instead of earlier 750 Kgs in this case. The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

M/s Loyal Textiles Mills Ltd., Kovilpatti NC No.37/AM11 F.No.01/84/50/97/AM11/DES-V Dated 09.12.2010 Re-fixation of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.3510030745 dated 24.06.2010. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and observed that this case was earlier decided by

PRO version NC on 01.07.2010 but there was some typographical error in the minutes in respect of Qty. allowed for Polyvinyl Alcohol, Nylon fibre against each export item and description of export item No. 3.The Committee after deliberations decided to rectify the earlier decision as mentioned below: - (i) The status of the case may be corrected to read as approved instead of Deferred. (ii) The Qty. of Polyvinyl Alcohol may be allowed @ 1% by weight of cotton fabric in each export item in this case. (iii) The Qty. of Nylon fibre may be allowed @ 1 Kg/1.10 Kg of Nylon content in each export item in this case. (iv) The description of export item No. 3 may be corrected to read as “Mill made industrial work wear wovern garment, Winter Pant” in stead of Summer Jacket. (v) Against export item No. 3 the net content of ‘100% cotton fabrics’ may be corrected to read as 1983 Kgs instead of 19830 Kgs. The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.
