Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and in consultation with the representative of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to ratify the advance authorization issued in this case in partial modification of its earlier decision taken on 21.12.2006. The Committee decided to allow amendment in the export products from 0.53 Sq. Mtrs. per piece to 0.6026 Sq. Mtrs. per piece. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and in consultation with the representative of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to ratify the Advance authorization issued in this case as per SION at S.No. A-3541. The RLA shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

Business Systems International F.No. 01/84/50/159/AM-06/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorisation No. 0410070946 dt. 31.05.2005 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and based on the revised written recommendations of T.C., Mumbai, conveyed vide their letter No.38(61)/2007/Wvg/Vol.V/1 dated 31.7.2007 decided amend the advance licence issued in this case by allowing 2% wastage for spun bonded non-woven fabric 40 GSM 100% Polypropylene, white 45120.000 Kgs. and Polyamide Yarn 6.6/78/17/2 Texturient intermingelt 7138.370 Kgs. Panipat Ref.No.33/24/40/22/AM06 Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and it was observed that the import item Unmutilated used Synthetic/Woolen/Hosiery/Cotton Rags is part of the Norms Committee, the Committee decided to reject the case. Since the import item is restricted and fact of the negative list of import obtain the appropriate approval for import from the relevant authority. Negative List of import as per the comments of the Policy Division, the applicant may be obtained from the relevant authority. Therefore, Committee was of the view that Public Notice No. 75 dated 26.10.2007 does not apply to the products of natural Silk (Where the export product is predominantly contains Silk). Committee, therefore decided to communicate to all R.As accordingly. Firm may also be informed accordingly.
