RATIFIED MINUTES   DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE (DES­II SECTION)   MINUTES OF THE NORMS COMMITTEE­II MEETING NO. 10/81 SCHEDULED TO BE HELD ON 08.06.2010 BUT ACTUALLY HELD ON 15.06.2010. The Meeting No. 10/81 of Norms Committee­II was held on 15.06.2010 for the licensing year 2010­2011 under the Chairmanship of Sh. 3. Quantities of import items at S.No. 2, 3 and 4 may be allowed as 750 Nos. each on net to net basis. 4. Quantities of import items at S.No.5, 6 & 7 may be allowed as 3000 Nos, 3500 Nos. & 52500 Nos. respectively on net to net basis. 5. Quantities of import items at S.No.8, 9 & 14 may be allowed as 500 Nos. each on net to net basis. 6. Quantities of import items at S.No.10 & 12 may be allowed as 1000 Nos. & 2000 Nos. respectively on net to net basis. 7. Quantity of import item at S.No. 11 may be allowed as 5050  ft. inclusive of 1% wastage 8.  Quantities of import items at S.No. 13,15 & 16 may be allowed as 510 ft., 2805 ft., & 17850 ft. respectively inclusive of 2% wastage. 9. Quantities of import items at S.No. 17, 18, 20, 21, 22 & 23 may be allowed as 505 Kgs, 2525 Kgs., 909 Kgs., 404 Kgs., 303 Kgs. & 20200 ft. respectively inclusive of 1% wastage. 10. Import item at Sl.No. 19 may be deleted as it has not been used in the export product. 11. UOM of import items at Sl.No. 24 & 35 may be corrected to “Meters” 12. Quantities of import items at Sl.No. 24 & 35 may be allowed as 25.5 Meters and 102 Meters inclusive of wastage of 2%. 13. Quantities  of  import  items  at  S.No.  25,26,27,28  &  29  may  be  allowed  as  2448 Kgs.,112.2  Metres,  91.8  Mtrs.,  61.2  Mtrs.  &  102  Kgs.  respectively  inclusive  of  2% wastage. 14. Quantities of import items at S.No. 30 may be allowed as applied for 15.   Quantities of import items at S.No. 31 & 32 may be allowed as applied for i.e. 7650 gms & 4080 gms respectively inclusive of 2% wastage. 16. Quantities of import items at S.No. 33 & 34 may be allowed as 202 Kgs and 1717 kgs. respectively inclusive of 1% wastage.   R/A may take suitable consequential action accordingly.   2
