But, Committee observed that till date, firm did not initiate any action thereon. In view of this non-compliance on the firm’s part, Committee decided to advise R.A that no further advance licence be issued to the firm on the similar adhoc norms until the applicant firm complete action for fixation of SION in this case. Therefore, Committee was constrained to reject the case.

PRO version Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and decided to link the relevant file wherein similar norms have been fixed as per written comments of DC (MSME) and defer the case for re-listing of 16.10.2008.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and observed that case has been re-examined by DC (MSME) and as per written comments of DC (MSME) conveyed vide their U.O dated 17.09.2008, Committee has felt that Qty. earlier allowed by NC is adequate and not possible to review the same. Hence, Committee decided to maintain status quo in this case.

M/s Loyal Textile Mills Ltd., F.NO.1/84/50/120/AM09-DES-V

PRO version No.3510023334 dt. 10.4.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol1) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith relevant papers submitted by the firm and observed that this case has been cleared by NC in its meeting held on 22.05.2008 by disallowing item of import at S.No.2 i.e Carbon Fibre. The Committee after deliberations in consultation with representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to allow item of import at S.No.2 i.e Carbon Fibre with 10% wastage i.e 1.10 Kg /1 Kg of Carbon fibre content in the export product.

The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

Case No. 339

M/s Gaurav International., Gurgaon F.NO.1/84/162/1105/AM08-DES-V No.0510213776 dt. 19.12.2007 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol1) 2004-2009.
