Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.3210035342 dt. 4.5.2007.- under Para 4.7 of HBP(Vol.1)2004-2009 RLA, Coimbatore - Ref. M/s. Leela Scottish Lace Pvt. Ltd. F.No. 01/84/50/177/AM-00/DES-V Redemption of Advance Authorization No. 0310008345 dt. 07.09.1999.– under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. relevant papers and observed that as per discussion held in NC meeting on 21.02.2008, when representatives of the firm were also present for personal hearing, firm have now submitted the supporting documents viz., cutting tickets specification sheet for Ladies Long sleeve shirts, CAD, worksheet justifying consumption (size-wise) of export product. It was observed that export product in this case is mainly designed for pregnant ladies/Mammas. The Committee after detailed deliberations in consultation with technical authority present in the meeting observed that as per CAD submitted for each size of export product, average consumption (Style No. 8549) @ 3.02 Sq mtrs. /Pc as asked by firm is reasonable. In view of this, Committee decided to ratify the advance authorization by allowing the inputs @ 3.02 Sq mtrs./Pc or as applied for whichever is less, in partial modification of its earlier decision. The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions. They have to check/monitor the same by imposing Style No. on export side.

F.No. 01/84/162/218/AM-05/DES-V Redemption of Advance Authorization No. 0310004453 dt. 12.08.1999.– under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. relevant papers and observed that as per discussion held in NC meeting on 21.02.2008, when representatives of the firm were also present for personal hearing, firm have now submitted the supporting documents viz., cutting tickets specification sheet for extra large Ladies Pants, CAD, worksheet justifying consumption (size-wise) of export product. It was observed that export product in this case is mainly designed for pregnant ladies/Mammas. The Committee after detailed deliberations in consultation with technical authority present in the meeting observed that as per CAD submitted for each size of export product, average consumption (Style No. 2300) @ 3.30 Sq mtrs. /Pc as asked by firm is reasonable. In view of this, Committee decided to ratify the advance authorization by allowing the inputs @ 3.30 Sq mtrs./Pc or as applied for whichever is less, in partial modification of its earlier decision. The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions. They have to check/monitor the same by imposing Style No. on export side.

M/s. Birla Vxl Limited. F.No. 01/84/50/608/AM-05/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorisation No. 0510151489 dt. 21.02.2005 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. relevant papers and observed that pocketing cloth of the export product is not a lining material in terms of GSM. Therefore Committee was constrained to reject the case.
RLA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.

Case No.948

M/s. Gaurav International F.No. 01/84/162/460/AM-08/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorisation No. 0510109988 dt. 28.11.2003 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. relevant papers and observed that initially firm had applied for export product ‘Ladies Blouse’ and now they have requested for amendment in the export product from ‘Ladies Blouse’ to ‘Ladies Top’ with the same fabric/consumption and same Style. The Committee after detailed deliberations in consultation with technical authority present in the meeting decided to ratify the advance authorization issued in this case for the changed export product i.e Ladies Top’ @ 2.45 Sq mtrs./Pc or as applied for whichever is less (taking cue from SION at S.No. J-295). Firm have to ensure the same fabric and style in the export product. The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions. They have to find out the Style No. from firm and check/monitor the same by imposing Style No. on export side.
