Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 04.10.2012 The meeting No.26/AM-13 for the licensing year 2012-13 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter- 4) held on 04.10.2012 in Room No.11 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Jt. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meeting No.24/AM-13, dated 20.09.2012 and Meeting No.25/AM-13, dated 27.09.2012 were taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 20.09.2012 and 27.09.2012 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.26/AM-13 dated 04.10.2012 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that in the amendment sheet issued by CLA, New Delhi, the applicant firm has not submitted the details of CAD/CAM, measurement, sketch of export product and application of import item No.3 in export item No.2 in support of their proposal. Accordingly, the Committee after

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has requested that the requirement of fabric in respect of import item No.1 of all the three export product may be enhanced from 1.925
