The 21/09 meeting of Advance Licensing Committee was held on 20.8.2008 under the Chairmanship of Shri S.K. Prasad, Addl. DGFT.

The Committee considered the case as per agenda regarding enhancement of DEPB rate. The representative of DIPP present in the meeting and on the basis of verbal comments offered by him the Committee decided to call for the following information from the firm as under:-

  1. Current Data for the last 4 months of 2008-09 from April, 08 to July, 08
     2.   CAPEXIL  to furnish data from other manufacturing units for the same
Product.

Accordingly the case may be re-listed on 17.9.2008.
