MEETING NUMBER : 33/82ALC4/2010 MEETING DATE : 16.11.2010 The Meeĕng No.31/82 in the year 2010‐11 to consider the cases under Duty Exempĕon Scheme (Chapter‐4) of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009‐14 pertaining to products falling in Chapter 29 and 30 was held on 02.11.2010 under the Chairmanship of Addl DGFT, Shri V.K. The Managing Director of the company appeared before the Committee and explained his case. He informed the Committee that the patent indicates yield of 55% while it comes to about 65%. The Committee considered his explanation and after detailed deliberations and in light of Production and Consumption data certified by Central Excise Authority and in consultation with technical authorities present in meeting, decided to enhance the quantity of import item Ammonium Persulphates to the extent of 6.00 kg/kg of export product without any other change in the earlier decisions of NC. RA concerned may take further necessary action as per above decision of NC.
