Case No. C­03              M/s Wockhardt.

M.No. 07/08                  F.No. 01/82/162/262/AM08 Date 21.6.07                    Standard Input Output Norms (SION) for Vitamin B­12 (Cyanocobalamin) USP (Micronised)  Non Feed Grade.              The representative of PI Division present in the meeting informed that though the export Product falls under Chapter 29 of the ITC(HS), the same is from Pharmaceutical Sector (Bulk Drugs and Drug Intermediates). The Committee observed that vide OMI No.3.07 dated 12.03.2007, Norms Committee­IV has been allocated the work regarding fixation/modification of I/O Norms in respect of the export product falling under Chapter 30 of ITC(HS) only. The Committee, therefore, decided to defer this case for four weeks awaiting the amendment in the aforesaid OMI.
