RATIFIED MINUTES DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE (DES­II SECTION)   Minutes of the Norms Committee­II Meeting No. 04/09 held on 28.04.2009. The Meeting No. 04/09 of Norms Committee­II was held on 28.04.2009 for the licensing year 2009­2010 under the Chairmanship of Sh. O.P.
