II. The RLA shall endorse the license that no imports shall be allowed under the subject license unless and until the firm fulfill the requirement  as  per  Schedule  4  of  the  Hazardous  Wastes)  Management  &  Handling)  Rules,  2003  and  get  registered  with  Central Pollution  Control  Board  and  shall  produce  the  registration  certificate  before  them  alongwith  recommendation  from  Ministry  of Environment & Forests.   1.      The description of Import item No.1 may be amended to read as “Copper Scrap minimum purity 98%” and its quantity may be allowed as 99910 kg inclusive of 3% wastage. 2.      The description of import item No.2 may be amended to read as “Copper Mill Scale (Copper content Minimum 80% in Natural State”  and  its  quantity  may  be  allowed  as  applied  for  subject  to  the  prior  requisite  permission  of  Ministry  of  Environment  & Forests as stated above. The RLA may take necessary action accordingly.
