Norms Committee Meeting No.10/09 F.No.01/82/162/900/AM08 Meeting Date: 03.06.2008 RLA F.No.03/95/40/660/AM08 Adv.Lic.No. Not issued   Committee considered case as per agenda for fixation of norms for export product Aliphatic Hydro Carbon Fluid 26/29 under para 4.4.2 of HBP.   Committee perused the written comments forwarded by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas vide their O.M. No.R‐11011/12/2008‐Sup dated 06.05.2008. Comments by the Ministry mention wastage claimed by the firm as 6% whereas actually the firm has claimed much greater wastage. Committee, therefore decided to revert back the case to Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas asking them to indicate the quantity of each import  item  to  be  allowed  for  export  of  1  Kg.  of  export  product.  Accordingly,  case  was  deferred  for 15.07.2008.   1
